Cancellation Policy

I understand that occasionally things happen outside our control and appointments need to be cancelled.

Please can you give as much notice as possible out of courtesy to other clients and myself.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no charge.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or fail to turn up, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment.
