About Us

Forest Glade Massage Therapy was set up in 2021 by Lynsey Dent as a home-based and mobile massage therapy service.

Lynsey Dent qualified in 2020 as a Massage Therapist with a Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy.  She was awarded a Distinction in a Diploma in Massage For Special Needs Level 3 in February 2021. She is has further training in Soft Touch Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release and Pregnancy Massage, with more training planned in the future!

Lynsey works from a specially designed therapy room in her home. Please note there are steps into the house and the therapy room is on the second floor. She offers a mobile service for clients with mobility issues. If you struggle with steps, please contact Lynsey to discuss options.

Our service is friendly and we aim to put you at your ease as you enjoy one of our special treatments designed to pamper you and help ease any aches and pains.

Our ethos is to be kind to the environment, in our use of resources, waste management, and choice of products. Our oils and body products are carefully selected to contain all natural ingredients, organic as far as possible and from sustainable sources. Lynsey Dent is a Professional Member of the CThA (Complementary Therapists Association).

She is on the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council Register, the UK voluntary register for complementary healthcare practitioners.
